Sedalia Police responded to the lobby of the Police Department in reference to a forgery report Wednesday afternoon. Silva was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked in, pending a $10,000 cash or surety bond. Silva, 28, of Sedalia, was arrested for his felony Failure to Appear warrant on original charges of Domestic Assault in the 2nd Degree out of Jackson County. Wednesday afternoon, Officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of Wing Avenue to conduct a warrant check. At the time of the report, the suspect has not been identified. Smith said suspects charged several thousand dollars to his credit and debit devices. Smith advised his wallet was stolen from the State Fair Eagle Stop, 1515 Thompson Boulevard. On the afternoon of May 10th, Officers spoke with Cameron Smith over the phone in reference to theft. Gabriel Arthur Laclair, 42, Homeless, was booked at the Pettis County Jail, then released with a citation for Trespassing. After an on-scene investigation, one male was arrested. ![]() Alden Joe Harding, 24, of Sedalia, was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked in on charges of Driving While Intoxicated.Įarly Friday morning, Officers responded to the Break Time store, 318 West Broadway Boulevard, to investigate a report of trespassing. ![]() A search warrant was obtained, and the suspect was transported to the BRHC, where a blood draw was conducted. The driver was arrested and transported to the Sedalia Police Department, where he refused to provide a breath sample. During the investigation, it was determined the driver was intoxicated. The stop was conducted because the vehicle had failed to maintain its lane of travel. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Winchester Avenue and West 16th Street Thursday morning. Wilkes was booked in pending a cash or surety bond of $1,000.00. Wilkes, 42, of Sedalia, was arrested on her warrant and transported to the Pettis County Jail. The driver of the vehicle was found to have an active Pettis County warrant for Failure to Appear on original charges of Failure to Wear a Seat Belt and Speeding in a Construction Zone (6-10 MPH). Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of West 13th Street and South Osage Avenue early Friday morning.
